About This Role
An exceptional and motivating Primary SEN Class Teacher is needed to become a part of our inclusive community starting in August 2025.
We are looking for an experienced SEN educator who possesses a deep understanding of inclusive strategies to support neurodiverse learners, along with a dedication to ongoing professional development, introspection, and growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a class of 8 to 10 students who require significant adaptations to enhance their learning experience. Collaborating closely with a committed team of educators and therapists, they will develop and modify teaching strategies, including whole-class therapy sessions, to effectively support our diverse learners. Strong communication skills are essential for building partnerships with parents, staff, and the students themselves.
In the classroom, you will cultivate a culture of respect, encouraging learning through inquiry and dialogue, while creating a secure environment where our learners feel valued and can thrive.
You will collaborate with various specialists within the school, including therapists and the educational psychologist, to craft and implement individualized curricula for each student in your class, addressing both academic and life skills to help them attain the best possible outcomes in our inclusive international school setting.
You will set high expectations for our students and advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity throughout the school. Designing tailored learning activities that align with our school’s curriculum will be part of your role, fostering a learning atmosphere that embodies our school values.
