We are seeking a dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to join our Learning Support and Enrichment team. This position is focused on supporting primary students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), aiding their academic progress and personal growth within our dynamic school environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Certificate in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND students
- Comprehensive knowledge of the UK primary education curriculum
- Ability to develop individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
