The Role
The successful applicant will:
- Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences throughout the Primary phase, ensuring all students make good progress
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with the British curriculum
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, utilizing data to tailor teaching and support individual learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that enhances student wellbeing and behavior
- Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse needs of all learners, including those with additional needs and those who are more advanced
- Collaborate with colleagues to aid curriculum development and promote school improvement
- Effectively communicate with parents regarding their children's progress, achievement, and wellbeing
- Participate in the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student care at all times

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- A recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Experience in teaching within the Primary phase (British curriculum experience is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
- Capability to plan and present engaging and effective lessons
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting student wellbeing
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, flexible, and professional demeanor

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
