About you:

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Primary PE Lead to elevate the quality of physical education across EYFS and the Primary phase. This position includes teaching and middle leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Head of Faculty – PE & Sports, with an emphasis on delivering engaging lessons and promoting a culture of participation, wellbeing, and sporting excellence.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Hold a relevant degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field, alongside a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of exceptional teaching and strong student outcomes in EYFS and Primary PE.
  • Exhibit the ability to lead PE across early years and primary while maintaining an active teaching schedule.
  • Assist in delivering a high-quality, developmentally appropriate PE curriculum that ensures progression, inclusion, and enjoyment for all learners.
  • Contribute to a vibrant extracurricular program that features fixtures, events, and competitions.
