Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and foster a passion for learning.
• Establish a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that recognizes and nurtures each student's unique strengths and learning styles.
• Tailor teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, including those who are EAL, gifted, or require additional assistance.
• Utilize technology and innovative techniques to enhance student engagement and learning experiences.
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress effectively, using data to guide instruction and personalized support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and refine curriculum plans, resources, and assessments aligned with the IB framework.
• Participate in the broader school community through co-curricular activities, events, and initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community to promote student development and wellbeing.
• Engage in continuous professional growth and reflection to enhance pedagogical practices.
• Uphold the values of GEMS and the IB Learner Profile in all facets of school life.
