Successful applicants will need to:
• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Demonstrate proven experience in teaching at the primary level - KS1
• Showcase a willingness to collaborate and share best practices
• Display a growth mindset that reflects a reflective and solution-focused approach
• Be creative and passionate in their teaching techniques
• Have excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
