We are seeking passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated educators to join our team and support our youngest learners in their academic, social, and emotional development within a bilingual, inquiry-based environment.

For the 2026-2027 School Year, we are looking for a French Primary Lead Teacher to instruct two primary classes in collaboration with an English language Lead Teacher. As a member of our vibrant educational community, you will play a vital role in guiding the learning experiences of our students, with a strong focus on academic success and social-emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, structured lessons that connect classroom learning to real-life experiences, inspiring enthusiasm and academic excellence aligned with IB and French National curriculum.
  • Adapt instruction using a variety of developmentally appropriate teaching and assessment methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Support and foster the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
  • Maintain high standards for student behavior to create a constructive and positive classroom environment.
  • Effectively incorporate technology to enrich the learning experience for students.
  • Build a strong sense of community by actively engaging students, colleagues, and families.
  • Collaborate efficiently with fellow educators, school leadership, and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage in curriculum development, team planning, and faculty meetings.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Education or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Elementary/Primary education
  • Preferred: Experience with IB PYP and/or dual language programs

Salary

Starting at $65,000

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
