About This Role

Due to the continued success of GEMS Wesgreen International School in Sharjah, we are in search of a talented Primary Art Teacher to become part of our team starting in August 2026.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to acquire invaluable international experience or for an experienced educator to further their career with a prestigious institution within an exceptional international school environment.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:

- A B.Ed. or relevant degree, with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, focusing on Art.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Art at the primary level within the National Curriculum for England.
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- The ability to inspire creativity and foster a love for Art among young learners.
- A belief in the potential of all students to achieve high standards, coupled with the passion to support them in reaching those goals.
- Experience in enriching a creative and imaginative curriculum.

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
