About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an outstanding EYFS & Primary PE / Swimming Teacher to join our team, with the position commencing in August 2026 (Academic Year 2026–2027).

Located in Al Barsha South, Dubai Heights Academy began its journey in 2017. Our school offers an inclusive, engaging, and exceptional educational experience for a diverse student population from FS1 to Year 12 (2025-2026) and will organically extend to Year 13.

Our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, featuring specialized buildings for each educational stage and a 380-seat auditorium. We proudly offer three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, dedicated spaces for arts, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football pitch, varied outdoor play areas, and a spacious dining hall. The extensive 292,000 sqft campus includes three buildings for different educational phases, and we recently launched our new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project to date.

Dubai Heights Academy provides a curriculum designed to cater to the varied needs of our students, grounded in the National Curriculum for England. This curriculum has been tailored to fit local requirements and incorporates Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have collaborated with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop and execute a unique AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary education, as well as an early language initiative using social robots for Primary, further enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Our foundational philosophy, encapsulated in our school ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters,’ propels us to deliver the highest quality education to each student, regardless of their background or abilities.
