Pastoral Officer - Kirkheaton Primary Academy

Make a Difference Every Day Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them thrive? We are looking for a caring, resilient and approachable Pastoral Officer to join our friendly primary school team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with pupils, families and staff to promote wellbeing, attendance, positive behaviour and safeguarding. You will be a trusted adult for children, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

We are looking for someone who: Builds positive relationships with children and families. Has experience supporting children's wellbeing and behaviour. Is empathetic, organised and solution-focused. Shares our commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
