Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Part-time Secondary Computing Teacher to join our vibrant robotics and computing team. The successful applicant will have a deep passion for Computing and/or Business and will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Computing and/or Business lessons using a variety of pre-planned resources and methods.
  • Foster creativity and critical thinking through interactive projects and assignments.
  • Incorporate technology into your teaching practices to enrich student learning experiences when suitable.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their assignments, encouraging their growth and progress.
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing or a related field.
  • PGCE in Computing or a comparable subject with QTS.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Prior experience teaching Computing at the GCSE level.
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Computing education with the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Proficiency in adapting instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
