About This Role

THE ACADEMY

GEMS World Academy–Dubai (GWA) is a private co-educational IB World School serving students from PreK to Grade 12. Established in 2008 under the GEMS Education umbrella, GWA is authorized to deliver the PYP, MYP, DP, and CP programmes, and is accredited by both the Council of International Schools and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

Located in the dynamic city of Dubai, we cater to a diverse international community. Our foundation is built on the IB Learner Profile, which encourages intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong sense of community. GWA is recognized both nationally and globally for its commitment to improving student outcomes and its inclusive, ambitious vision.

We strive to develop inquisitive, reflective, and compassionate learners. With the backing of highly qualified educators and modern facilities, our students gain the knowledge, skills, and character needed to succeed, contribute positively, and help create a better world.
