About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated MYP English Language & Literature teacher to join our dynamic team starting in August 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Design, teach, and assess engaging, globally relevant learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of students while adhering to the requirements of the IB programme.
- Create a motivating and inspiring classroom environment.
- Engage in student activities beyond the classroom setting.
- Contribute to school events as required.
- Take an active role in curriculum planning and development, which includes interdisciplinary projects and fostering the transdisciplinary skills and attributes highlighted in the IB Learner Profile.
- Utilize inquiry-based learning as the core approach to teaching and learning.
- Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning experiences.
- Provide regular verbal and written feedback to students and motivate them to reflect on their progress based on this feedback.
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification that aligns with this role.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Relevant teaching experience.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and Spanish is advantageous.
- Double degrees, a master's degree, and international teaching experience are highly valued.
- Experience with the IB MYP is preferred, but outstanding candidates without prior IB experience will also be considered.
