The Academy
GEMS World Academy-Dubai (GWA) is a private, co-educational IB World School catering to students from PreK through Grade 12. Founded in 2008 and part of GEMS Education, the Academy is authorized to provide the PYP, MYP, DP, and CP programmes, and holds accreditations from the Council of International Schools and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Our Music department has significantly enhanced student outcomes and has successfully instilled a passion for learning at GEMS World Academy. This has been made possible through the commitment of our staff, their extensive subject expertise, and the department’s innovative approach to utilizing data and developing the curriculum.
