Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Teaching certification, participation in educational leadership/management workshops

Experience: 2 years of senior or middle leadership experience in a comparable environment

  • Familiarity with inspection and evaluation frameworks,
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities,
  • Proven educational leader and exceptional teacher,
  • Ability to make sound decisions,
  • Solutions-oriented mindset,
  • Knowledge of child protection and health and safety regulations,
  • Experience in creating and/or maintaining high-performance teams,
  • Effective relationship management skills with diverse stakeholders,
  • In-depth knowledge of IB Standards and Practices,
  • Expert understanding of the MYP curriculum framework.
