Music Teacher – Early Childhood & Primary (August 2026)
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Music Teacher for Early Childhood and Primary who can inspire a love for music in our youngest learners through engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate experiences.
The perfect candidate will design an innovative music program that builds confidence, creativity, performance skills, and communication abilities, ensuring that each child has the chance to engage and excel.
This position is prominent within the school and will include participation in assemblies, performances, productions, and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a vibrant and progressive music curriculum for Early Childhood and Lower Primary
- Employ play-based and inquiry-driven approaches to captivate young learners
- Prepare students for performances, celebrations, and various school activities
- Differentiating teaching methods to support all learners, including EAL students and those with additional needs
- Work closely with homeroom teachers to create inter-disciplinary connections
- Participate in enrichment and extracurricular programs
- Build strong connections with parents and the broader school community

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Primary teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
- Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the Primary level
- Solid understanding of effective pedagogical practices and international standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting an international outlook
