The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with a PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Proven experience in teaching GCSE and A Level Music
- A keen interest in career progression, leadership, and sustainability
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with both students and parents
