Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in middle school English Language Arts or related subjects
- In-depth knowledge of USA curriculum standards for middle school ELA
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and developing assessments
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and fellow educators
- Ability to lead collaborative teams and promote professional development initiatives
