Key Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the varied needs of all learners, including EAL, gifted students, and those requiring additional assistance.
• Incorporate technology and innovative strategies to enrich student learning and engagement.
• Effectively assess, document, and communicate student progress, utilizing data to guide instruction and personalized support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create and enhance IB-aligned curriculum plans, resources, and assessments.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school through participation in co-curricular activities, events, and community initiatives.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and the wider school community to foster student growth and wellbeing.
• Engage in continuous professional development and self-reflection to improve teaching practices.
