About This Role
Bloom World Academy is seeking creative and talented individuals to join our team as a Mathematics Teacher for the Academic Year 2026/2027.
In your role as an educator within the IB framework, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to nurturing international mindedness in your classroom and to contribute to this philosophy throughout the school community. A solid background in, or a significant understanding of, a student-centered inquiry-based approach is crucial. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for experienced educators who are passionate about empowering students to learn and thrive, creating an environment where every child can succeed. You should be skilled in teaching students with diverse abilities and have a demonstrated history of achieving outstanding student outcomes.
While previous experience with the IB program is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. As an educator, you should be proficient in designing stimulating, engaging, and challenging learning experiences for your students, possess a strong understanding of classroom assessment practices, and, most importantly, have a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile
•
Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
•
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related discipline, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or its equivalent
•
Experience teaching specific subjects in the IB or GCSE curriculum
•
At least three years of teaching experience in a reputable institution
•
A proven record of exceptional student performance
•
Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication, and integrity
•
Cultural awareness, strong communication skills, and a willingness to engage with students and parents
