Maintenance Officer (Part Time)

Brief Job Description

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair works, electrical, plumbing, plastering, and painting works

• Order, receive and check goods and supplies for maintenance and store them in correct storage areas

• Assist gardening staff with clearing of excessive plant litter and leaves during inclement weather

• Prevent water from accumulating near the building, look for any signs of gutter or downspout problems. Check to ensure there is no potential mosquito breeding. Clear gutters and drains of blockage.

• Ensure that all external and internal light fixtures are in working condition

• Handle general duties such as set up of rooms, moving of furniture from classroom to classroom or EtonHouse branches

• Assist in setting up of rooms for school events, graduation ceremony, festive functions when required;

• In the absences of Cleaners, you are required to assist with indoor cleaning of the classrooms

• Any other duties as and when assigned
