Learning and Development Officer

Main Duties of the Role:

Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by driving the College Staff Development Programme and support an Ambitious Curriculum through the identification, planning, sourcing and delivery of effective and relevant CPD to all areas of the business to fill skills gaps and develop a highly skilled workforce. Leading on college initiatives from a CPD perspective and developing effective CPD to support.

Essential Requirement:

• GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
• IT Qualification or demonstrable experience
