Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to become part of the Hei Schools Phuket team. The successful candidate will deliver the Finnish Curriculum for Early Years, creating a supportive learning environment that facilitates each child's academic, social, and emotional growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary/Elementary Education, Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood or primary education settings
- Strong understanding of international early years curricula
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient classroom management skills suitable for young children
- Commitment to continuous professional development
