- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom environment that nurtures collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.
- Utilize technology and innovative techniques to enhance the learning experience.
- Evaluate student progress using diverse, authentic assessment methods and offer timely, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to design cohesive units and contribute to ongoing curriculum enhancement.
- Engage actively in the school’s co-curricular and community initiatives to support comprehensive learning.
