Teaching and Learning
Ensure the integration of effective teaching and learning strategies to uphold high standards of student progress while fostering the continuous enhancement of professional practice.
Design, prepare, and deliver engaging and impactful Islamic B lessons that align with the curriculum and school standards.
Motivate students academically, morally, and spiritually through exceptional Islamic Education.
Maintain rigorous expectations for student involvement, behavior, and achievement.
Utilize assessment data to track progress, offer constructive feedback, and facilitate student advancement.
Adapt learning experiences to accommodate the needs of all students, including those needing additional support.
Curriculum and Department Contribution
Participate in the evaluation and development of Islamic B schemes of work and curriculum planning.
Ensure continuity and advancement within the secondary Islamic curriculum.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
Support departmental initiatives, events, and enrichment opportunities.
Professional Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with parents regarding student progress and learning outcomes.
Adhere to school policies, including those related to assessment, marking, behavior, safeguarding, and health and safety.
Actively engage in meetings, professional development opportunities, and whole-school events.
Exhibit professionalism in terms of punctuality, conduct, and appearance at all times.
