About This Role

Are you a strategic leader in the International Baccalaureate (IB) system who places student engagement at the forefront while seamlessly incorporating standards into daily practices? Nun Academy is excited to expand our outstanding IB Diploma Programme, which is founded on personalized learning, academic integrity, and measurable results. We are looking for an experienced DP Coordinator to manage the programme across our Girls’ and Boys’ campuses, in addition to teaching approximately 50% of a relevant upper-secondary subject (flexible).

Your Leadership Responsibilities

Crafting the DP vision, formulating an annual action plan, and performing self-evaluations in line with IB Programme Standards & Practices, as well as preparing for authorisation and evaluation.

Overseeing IBIS operations to ensure compliance (registrations, subject approvals, timelines) while delivering the Core components (TOK/CAS/EE) with excellence.

Working closely with timetabling leaders to define curriculum and timetable parameters (HL/SL pathways, languages, Core scheduling).

Managing the assessment policy and calendar (IAs, mocks, predicted grades, academic honesty) with consistent moderation and standardization.

Leveraging data to monitor progress (CAT4 baselines, IA/mocks, predicted versus actual outcomes, value-added) to guide interventions and reporting.

Facilitating post-results processes, coordinating university guidance, and handling communications with parents.

Promoting staff development through IB workshops, onboarding, and coaching while ensuring the consistent application of ManageBac for courses, gradebooks, and deadlines.

About You

Significant and successful experience as a DP Coordinator (or as a Deputy with full programme responsibilities).

Proven expertise in IB authorisation and evaluation, IBIS administration, IA moderation, predicted grades, and post-results services.

Strong leadership capabilities in curriculum and assessment, including HL/SL planning and oversight of the Core (TOK/CAS/EE).

Data-informed, collaborative, and able to remain calm under pressure; outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Skilled in ManageBac and digital workflows; committed to promoting and safeguarding inclusive practices.

What We Offer

A welcoming community grounded in values that prioritizes collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

Comprehensive CPD opportunities (IB Category 1/2/3 workshops, coaching) and the opportunity to influence a high-impact DP from its foundation.

A competitive international compensation package (details will be shared with shortlisted candidates).

Safeguarding Commitment

Nun Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All appointments are subject to satisfactory background checks and references (e.g., ACRO/DBS or international police checks).

Start Date: We are open to an immediate start but will keep the position open until January 2026 for an exceptional candidate.
