About This Role

Position Summary

Located at the Catholic Education Centre, the Human Resources Officer is essential in providing comprehensive support to the Deputy Superintendent. This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and management of personnel in accordance with Collective Agreements, Administrative Procedures, and applicable employment laws within the education sector. As the primary contact within the HR department, the officer collaborates with leaders and staff throughout the Division on various initiatives.

This full-time position spans twelve months, with a starting salary of $59,886.13, as detailed in the Out-of-Scope Compensation Handbook. A comprehensive ASEBP benefits package and LAPP pension plan are also part of the offering. The successful candidate will need to undergo a recent Police Information Check.
