About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a great Home School Link Worker to join our lovely school and support staff. The Elms Primary School is a friendly and successful school looking for a Home School Link Worker to complement our hardworking team. We are proud to be a part of the Cambrian Learning Trust. We are looking for a member of staff who will offer support to parents/carers and families who are referred by the school/safeguarding lead. This person will support the school and families by facilitating the involvement of appropriate bodies over a wide range of issues and keep all informed.
Applicants should have a good standard of numeracy and literacy (GCSE Grade A - C or equivalent).
