About This Role
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Head of Year to become a part of our dedicated team at Campion. This is a permanent, full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, during term time plus an additional two weeks.
This Head of Year role within the Pastoral Team presents a valuable chance to make a meaningful difference in students' academic journeys and personal growth while establishing strong relationships with families and support organizations.
The position requires thorough pastoral leadership to ensure students achieve excellence both academically and personally, while nurturing a sense of pride in their school community.
The ideal applicant should have demonstrable experience in engaging with young individuals and a steadfast commitment to their welfare and success.
