Head of Sixth Form

Campion School is seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to take on the role of Head of 6th Form within their 6th Form Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership development and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the department's advancement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to improve departmental outcomes, playing an essential role in defining its future while receiving valuable experience and backing for their own leadership goals within the United Learning Trust.

This position presents a distinctive opportunity for both personal and professional growth in an educational environment. The role will commence in January 2025.

The primary focus of this position is to direct the 6th form management team, tutor team, and sixth form educators to enhance student achievement in Years 12 and 13.
