Head of Seniors

Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), an expanding all-through educational institution in China, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Head of Seniors.

In this role, the Head of Seniors will lead a team of educators and specialists to foster a vibrant and supportive learning atmosphere while providing a structured and comprehensive education for boarding students aged 11-19 years. The incumbent will ensure the curriculum is innovative, customized to meet student needs, and delivered through high-quality teaching and learning practices that enhance both academic achievement and personal development. Furthermore, the Head of Seniors will be instrumental in advocating and implementing the mission and values of Malvern College Chengdu, serving as a strategic and supportive member of the leadership team, and making significant contributions to the ongoing success and evolution of the school as a leading international institution.
