Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree in Music along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Music teachers to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
- Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and share exemplary practices.
- Embrace a growth mindset that is reflective and solution-oriented.
- Exhibit creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching methods.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues, students, and parents.
