We are on the lookout for an Outstanding Head of Music to join our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, with the position starting in August 2026.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A BEd or Bachelor's degree in Music, along with a PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
  • The capability to lead, mentor, and support a team of Music educators to ensure outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share best practices
  • A growth-oriented attitude characterized by reflection and a solutions-based focus

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
