As a member of the Extended Leadership Team, you will:

• Communicate a clear vision for Foundation Stage that aligns with the school’s values while upholding high expectations and standards.
• Promote student progress, well-being, and positive behavior by establishing ambitious performance goals and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise the curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and staff professional development to ensure innovative and integrated teaching methods.
• Inspire and manage teams effectively, encouraging collaboration, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, including financial planning and staff allocation, to support high-quality educational outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, external agencies, and the local community, effectively representing the school and Key Stage 1.

Promoting High Performance Learning

• Guide staff in implementing the High Performance Learning (HPL) framework and cultivating a culture of excellence.
• Enhance student outcomes and support cognitive and personal growth.
• Facilitate staff training and development in accordance with HPL principles.
• Ensure compliance with HPL World Class School standards through the accreditation process.
