Education Stage: High/Secondary School
Department: English and Literature

Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Ed.D. degree.
- At least 4 years of pertinent teaching experience in English at the high/secondary school level.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of effectively managing a department or team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK-IGCSE curriculum for English and Literature.
