- Leadership experience in curriculum development within Drama.
- A proven history of monitoring student progress to guarantee success for all learners.

- Demonstrated excellence in classroom instruction at both Key Stage 4 and 5.

- The ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
