Ideal candidates will:
- Exemplify and embody our core values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all their endeavors
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
- Have proven experience teaching Secondary A Level Music
- Bring a strong background in leading a team of educators
- Be willing to collaborate and share best practices
- Maintain a growth mindset, demonstrating reflective and solution-oriented thinking
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents

In-person interviews will be held in the UK from February 20th to 22nd across four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
