Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Exemplify and embody our core values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all their actions
  • Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Secondary A Level Film and Media
  • Have documented leadership experience in guiding a team of educators
  • Be open to collaboration and sharing best practices
  • Maintain a growth mindset that is reflective and solution-focused
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
  • Show a successful history of delivering excellent learning and teaching outcomes
  • Aspire to contribute to an exceptional school environment with genuine opportunities for career growth
  • Be willing to positively engage in our school community and culture by actively participating in extracurricular activities and community events.

In-person interviews will take place in the UK from February 20th to 22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.

Compensation
