The ideal candidates will be expected to:

- Possess a BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification,
- Have experience teaching Secondary A Level Drama,
- Demonstrate a proven track record in leading an educational team,
- Be willing to collaborate and share best practices,
- Exhibit a growth mindset characterized by reflective and solution-driven thinking,
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm,
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and parents,
- Have a successful history of delivering exceptional learning and teaching outcomes,

In-person interviews will take place in the UK from February 20th to 22nd in four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
