The ideal candidates will be expected to:

• Possess a BEd or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification,
• Have experience teaching Secondary A Level Drama,
• Demonstrate a proven track record in leading an educational team,

• Exhibit a growth mindset characterized by reflective and solution-driven thinking,
• Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm,
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and parents,

In-person interviews will take place in the UK from February 20th to 22nd in four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
