Job Overview:
In the role of Head of Business and Enterprise, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering an engaging Business and Computing Curriculum that empowers students to develop entrepreneurial skills, think critically, and acquire practical knowledge. This leadership position requires collaboration with faculty to uphold exceptional teaching standards while promoting innovation within the department.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in business subjects within a UK curriculum context
- Preferred experience in a leadership or management role in an educational setting
- Solid understanding of business concepts, including enterprise education, economics, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of inspiring both students and staff
- Skill in creating innovative lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage students
- Competence in integrating technology into educational practices
