EYFS Teacher
About This Role
British Primary School of Wilanow (BSW), located in Warsaw, Poland, is thrilled to announce an opening for a passionate EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant and innovative team at one of the fastest expanding international schools in Warsaw, commencing in August 2026.
The School
Nestled in the prestigious suburb of Wilanow, our school harmoniously combines the historical elegance of Royal Wilanow with contemporary amenities, including stylish cafes and shops, alongside tranquil green areas and woodlands.
Since our establishment in Autumn 2014, BSW has thrived in a purpose-built facility set on a scenic greenfield site, starting with a modest number of Nursery-aged children. By the academic year 2024/2025, our student body has expanded to over 400, with waiting lists for several year groups.
We are deeply committed to maintaining exceptional educational standards, achieving COBIS Patron's Accreditation in November 2021.
In 2023, we proudly joined the International Schools Partnership.
The Role
We are looking for qualified British educators with a background in the EYFS Phase. Our current team is cohesive, adaptable, and creative; we seek new colleagues who are equally enthusiastic about nurturing a progressive, values-centered educational environment. Our educational philosophy, encapsulated in our Walk of the Lion, focuses on Respect, Courage, Cooperation, Consideration, and Nobility.
Our teachers are dedicated and passionate, setting high expectations for student achievement while actively contributing to the school community. At BSW, we aim to incorporate our core values into all aspects of our endeavors.
The school features a robust outdoor learning curriculum, including Forest School and various sports activities, and our teachers are encouraged to participate in cultural, educational, and extracurricular events at the school.
The Candidate
We invite applications from individuals holding UK teaching qualifications (PGCE or B.Ed.) and possessing experience with the English National Curriculum, whether gained in the UK or abroad. QTS is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to educational excellence, creativity, energy, adaptability, and a genuine respect for students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community. Recent experience in EYFS is essential.
