We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated EYFS School Head to join our leadership team as Vice Principal. This role involves overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, with a focus on delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences for our youngest learners.

Job Description:
As the EYFS School Head, you will lead and manage the Early Years department. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and senior management will be crucial to cultivating a nurturing, stimulating environment that meets Cambridge standards and supports children's growth. Your leadership will ensure that all educational practices align with regulatory requirements while promoting continuous enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- At least 8 years of experience in early years education
- Preferred experience in a leadership position within an international school
- Comprehensive understanding of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff while fostering teamwork
- Proficient in monitoring student progress and implementing effective interventions
- Skilled in building positive relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
