Skills
Successful candidates will:

- Hold a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent qualification)
- Have demonstrated experience teaching English at the GCSE level
- Exhibit outstanding teaching practices and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic spirit to both classroom and broader school activities
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven history of delivering exceptional learning and teaching
