We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Vice Principal for Elementary School for the Academic Year 26/27. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal in managing daily school operations, improving teaching practices, and promoting a positive culture within our elementary education program.
The key responsibilities include aiding in the execution of the curriculum aligned with U.S. standards, overseeing staff development, ensuring student welfare and discipline, engaging with parents and the community, and participating in strategic planning for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees or certifications in educational leadership are preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching or administrative experience in an elementary educational setting
- Thorough knowledge of the United States curriculum framework
- Proven leadership skills with a successful history of effective team management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competence in using data to drive decisions that improve student outcomes
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while paying close attention to detail
