KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Foster curiosity and creativity through play-based and inquiry-led learning approaches.
•
Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students, encouraging overall growth.
•
Track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents.
•
Utilize technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
•
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment in line with IB principles.
•
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships to support each child's development.
•
Embody school values and cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
•
A relevant university degree and/or recognized teaching qualification.
•
Experience teaching at the Early Years and/or Primary levels.
•
A solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
•
Familiarity with EYFS, Cambridge Primary, or similar international curricula (preferred).
•
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
•
A nurturing, patient, and positive disposition.
•
Flexibility and willingness to respond to last-minute cover requests.
•
A sincere commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
•
Confidence in utilizing ICT to support teaching and learning.
•
