The Role:
We are in search of a knowledgeable and passionate Early Years Teacher who possesses a strong grasp of play-based learning and is committed to creating a lively, engaging, and child-centered atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and openness to change, ensuring that learning consistently evolves to meet our students' needs.
The successful applicant will have outstanding collaborative abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for working closely with colleagues to enhance the play-based and continuous provision that is central to our setting. They will be committed to fostering the professional development of Teaching and Learning Assistants (TLAs) by sharing their expertise, providing clear guidance, and helping them gain a deeper understanding of effective teaching and learning practices.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional Early Years practitioner who is creative, organized, and possesses a good sense of humor, with a strong dedication to positively influencing young children's development.
