About This Role
Dubai International Academy, Al Barsha, is seeking an enthusiastic IB-MYP and IB-DP Drama teacher with a focus on English, set to begin in August 2026.
Candidates with experience in an international school environment, particularly with IB-MYP and IB-DP, are strongly preferred.
Our academy offers a rigorous curriculum alongside a varied language program within an international framework, rooted in the prestigious standards of the Geneva-based International Baccalaureate – Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP), Middle Years Programme (IB-MYP), and Diploma Programme (IB-DP).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates who have experience in IB-MYP & IB-DP or other outcome-oriented educational systems will be prioritized.
- Experienced educators with a track record of success may be considered for leadership roles.
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Drama/Theatre/English and a recognized teaching certification.
- Those with a Master’s Degree or higher will be given preference.
- Familiarity with assessment for learning techniques is beneficial.
- Strong communication abilities and technology proficiency are required.
