About Role

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is in search of an exceptional Director of Student Services to motivate our students and enhance our vibrant community. This newly created position will report directly to the College Senior Leadership Team and will hold significant influence within the College. We are Looking for Someone Who

The ideal candidate will possess:

• a degree in a relevant field
• a PGCE or equivalent qualification in a pertinent discipline
• a minimum of 5 years teaching experience
• previous leadership experience in a related area
• alignment with our core values
• a diligent and adaptable approach, including a willingness to work outside standard hours
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• a commitment to fulfilling pastoral, welfare, and supervisory responsibilities promptly and willingly
• a mindset geared toward continuous professional development and improvement
• dedication to quality, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards
• a sense of enjoyment in their work.

Experience in international schools is preferred.
