About This Role

The salary for this position ranges from $110,040 to $122,878, which is the prorated amount for the 11-month term, based on a full-time equivalent salary of $120,000 to $134,000 for a full year.

Position Overview:

The Director of Boarding Admission is a strategic thinker and an essential contributor to Havergal's global community. As a high-level collaborator, the Director excels in working alongside a skilled team of professionals and possesses the independent judgment required to lead their area with confidence. Reporting to the Director of Admission & Enrollment and working closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Enrollment Management (ED, SEM), the Director is responsible for overseeing all processes related to the recruitment, admission, and onboarding of families. This individual will assess global and domestic market data to create a multi-year growth strategy and ensure its successful implementation. The role demands a unique blend of competitive drive and a family-focused approach, ensuring that our growth is consistent with our commitment to fostering an equitable and mission-driven student body. As a strategic connector, the Director of Boarding Admission will cultivate relationships across various stakeholders and departments within the school, actively engage with the boarding program by supporting the Boarding team, and strengthen connections with families, faculty, and staff through participation in school activities.
