Hummingbird, an international Kindergarten located in Bangkok, is currently in search of qualified Early Year Co-Teachers.

While we prefer candidates with direct experience in EYFS application, we also encourage those with broader prep school experience involving younger students to apply. Job Description
As a co-teacher, you will collaborate with your partner to co-plan and effectively integrate co-teaching strategies into your practice, enhancing the opportunities for children to engage with both educators in the classroom. The mentor teacher remains actively involved, utilizing these strategies to bolster children's learning and engagement. Throughout this experience, the co-teaching duo will work closely together, with leadership roles and decision-making responsibilities gradually transitioning to the teacher candidate. You will exemplify positive discipline practices.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaboratively design and implement lesson plans that effectively engage children and align with EF skills based on student data.
- Provide classroom instruction that nurtures the social-emotional development of children.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with families, ensuring consistent communication.
- Assess and evaluate children's growth, creating action plans for class-wide, group-wide, and individual needs based on data insights.
- Develop a classroom culture that instills core values and promotes independent learning skills in children.
- Participate in annual staff orientation and training sessions.
- Assist with playgroup classes and after-school clubs.
